What’s My Order Status?

How Can I Cancel My Order?
We accept order cancellation requests within 48 hours, provided the items have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Can I Update My Order or Shipping Address?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to update the style, color, size, or shipping address, please contact
[email protected] as soon as possible before your order has shipped.

Will I Be Charged Duties and Taxes?
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional import duties. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Why Are Some Items Missing from My Delivery?
During peak seasons, certain items may be temporarily out of stock.
In such cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, with available items sent first. You will receive an email notification if any items are delayed or backordered.

How Do I Return an Item?
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused items in sellable condition within 30 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to
15 business days for refund processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Shipping & Tracking

Do You Ship Internationally?
No. At this time, Ctmmarine ships orders within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Where Do You Ship Within the United States?
We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Orders within the Continental United States typically arrive within a
total delivery time of 5–11 business days, including handling and transit time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If tracking details are not yet available, please allow several days for the carrier
to scan your package. For assistance, contact [email protected].

Why Is My Order Delayed?
Shipping timeframes are estimates and depend on third-party carriers.
Ctmmarine is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions,
carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost,
please contact [email protected].
We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
